Chestnut Creek HOA Outside Membership Application (April 2017 - March 2018)

Outside User applications are now available for the 2017 season!

Outside User Pass - $420/year
An Outside User Pass entitles the holder to use all of the Chestnut Creek Homeowners Association’s recreational facilities, including the swimming pool, playground, and tennis facilities from time of approval of the application until March 31, 2015. The Outside User is not entitled to participate in the business meetings of the Association, to vote, to hold office, or to make motions.

Chestnut Creek HOA Membership (April 2016 - March 2017)

Chestnut Creek residents should follow these steps to join the CCHOA or pay for their annual assessment:

  1. Review the CCHOA membership options below and determine your membership class.
  2. Download the Membership Documents: Membership Packet SAYOR Form
  3. Deliver the completed forms (and payment if paying by check) to:
    Tom Coffey at 3202 Wolf Claw Court (South side)
    Jim Crowder at 3345 Chestnut Creek Drive (North side).
    Or, mail them to: Chestnut Creek HOA, P.O. Box 670431, Marietta, GA 30066.
  4. Payment is due on May 8, 2016.
    Paying by check - Include your check made out to CCHOA along with your CCHOA membership form and SAYOR waiver.

 

Recreational Membership - $420/year
Available to Chestnut Creek homeowners. Entitles member to fully participate in the business meetings of the Association, to vote, and to hold office. Entitles members to use all of the Association’s recreational facilities, including the swimming pool, playground, and tennis court facilities. Homeowner must legally submit his/her lot to Permanent Membership to qualify for this membership category.
Associate User - $630/year
Available to all Chestnut Creek homeowners. Entitles resident to use all of the Association's recreational facilities, including the swimming pool, playground, and tennis court facilities. Resident is not entitled to participate in the business meetings of the Association unless otherwise provided by the Declaration of Protective Covenants and Membership. For Civic members, the Associate User fee would be in addition to the Annual Assessment, for a total of $525.00 during the year that amenity use is desired.
